Сертификаты выдаются после оценки вставки 70% или выше и могут быть распечатаны или отправлены по электронной почте для ваших записей. У вас есть неограниченный доступ к видео и тесту, если вы приобрели подписку, а для доступа к видео и тесту требуется регистрация членства. У вас есть 48 часов, чтобы пройти обучение, если вы взяли видео напрокат, и видео необходимо будет повторно взять напрокат, если они не будут завершены в установленные сроки. Preventative and Proactive Care Against Fraud, Waste is an annual continuing education training program designed for agencies and direct care workers who support individuals under Arizona's Long-Term Care Aging Physical Disabilities (APD) program.
 

This video is designed to help direct care workers recognize and report abuse, neglect, fraud, and waste. The video covers the causes of abuse and explains how to report it once identified. Additionally, caregivers will learn about caregiver burnout, how to recognize it, and how it can lead to abuse.

It covers fundamental aspects such as cognitive impairment, signs and behaviors, cognitive disability testing, available supportive resources, and the caregiver's role in supporting individuals with cognitive disabilities. The aim is to equip caregivers with the necessary information to provide better care to those with cognitive disabilities.

Understanding Autism 
2 Credit Hours

This continuing education video is designed to give you an understanding of Autism. By watching this video, you will understand what Autism is and how it affects individuals on the spectrum. You will also learn about the signs and symptoms of Autism, the screening process, and the available treatment options and support services. Additionally, you will discover how behavior is communicated and your role as a caregiver in supporting members with Autism. This video will provide you with the knowledge and tools required to offer the best care and support to individuals with Autism.

This continuing education video provides useful information to caregivers about the concept of readmission and why it's a bad thing. They will also learn how to support the member at the original discharge, the typical role of a caregiver, and the enhanced caregiver roles in preventing readmission. Furthermore, the video will cover topics such as recognizing a change in the care plan, recognizing a change of condition or behavior, recognizing a hazard in the environment, and how to report the change and support their member from hospital readmission.
